• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (development, data, product, etc.) • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and structure feedback in an agile and organized manner • Use recruitment platforms independently (Gupy, Geekhunter and similar) • Map and proactively source candidates across different channels • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive experience at every stage • Support the creation and analysis of recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.) • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and align expectations
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with different profiles and seniority levels
- Organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands without sacrificing quality
- Proactive approach to anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions before being prompted
- Comfortable with digital tools and a genuine willingness to learn new technologies
- Real interest in the technology field — understanding what candidates do makes a significant difference
- Ongoing or completed degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Preferred/valued differentiators:
- Some exposure to technology — technical course, bootcamp, non-formal training, or practical experience in the field
- Experience or background in digital health or healthtech
- Familiarity with technical terms related to software development, data, or cloud
- Previous recruitment experience, even as an intern or volunteer
