Recruiting Intern

Etegent Technologies

• Assist with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms, and other sourcing tools • Conduct market research and talent mapping for engineering, software, defense, and technical positions • Review resumes and help identify candidates who meet position requirements • Assist with candidate outreach and scheduling phone screens and interviews • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Format and organize interview guides, candidate scorecards, and hiring documentation within established templates • Help maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support job posting creation and updates across multiple recruiting platforms • Assist with candidate experience initiatives and recruiting process improvements • Participate in recruiting strategy discussions and workforce planning activities • Support employer branding efforts through LinkedIn, company website content, and recruiting campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, reflective of all college coursework
  • Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create, edit, and format professional documents, presentations, and recruiting materials using established templates and guidelines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or recruiting tools is a plus.
