Business Development Representative

ERS

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the live event production and audiovisual services market • Develop and expand relationships with corporations, associations, agencies, meeting planners, and event organizers • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and outreach efforts • Generate revenue by closing new event production engagements and expanding existing accounts • Collaborate with internal production and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of secured projects • Cultivate long-term client relationships to support repeat business and strategic growth initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition with a track record of generating new revenue
  • Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities
