Procurement Consultant
Keelvar
• Manage strategic sourcing projects in Keelvar for enterprise clients, leveraging advanced optimization tools to evaluate multi-round supplier bids and present data-driven award recommendations. • Analyze and solve technical inquiries initiated from customers and their suppliers relating to Keelvar operational functionality. • Build and develop relationships with key customers, anticipate, diagnose and interpret their needs. • Formulate creative solutions leveraging our technology that exceeds customers’ requirements and expectations. • Become a subject matter expert on Keelvar software products including Sourcing Optimization, Autonomous Sourcing, and Rate Manager. • Implement AI based solutions to optimize internal processes and improve operational efficiency. • Assist with pre-sales meetings and demonstrations as product technical expert. • Liaise with customers and schedule training to assist them with utilization of our product. • Ensure we are exceeding customer expectations by collaborating closely with other teams and departments including tier 2 support, customer success managers and engineering.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years’ experience, including internships, in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or management consulting.
- Experienced with sourcing software and automated procurement platforms.
- Exposure to Sourcing Optimization frameworks and cost-efficiency modeling.
- You have good Microsoft Excel skills including knowledge of formulae and pivot tables.
- Leveraged AI technologies and advanced prompt engineering techniques to automate repetitive workflows, improving task efficiency and data accuracy.
- You have a sound foundation in data analysis, supply chain, and sourcing.
- You are a strong communicator and thrive in an environment of mutual respect, openness and collaboration.
- You enjoy getting things done at a quick pace.
- You are a creative problem solver and enjoy a technical challenge.
- You like working with motivated people; and you strive to build relationships and delight customers.
- You are familiar with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- A bachelor's degree in business analytics, supply chain, engineering, data science or related field is preferred.
- While not a strict requirement, professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus for this role.
