Job Description
Working Student – Online Marketing, Paid Ads, Google Ads, Meta
Logic Joe
• You will be responsible, together with us, for paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta — from concept and creative to reporting and analysis. • You use modern tools to build better creatives, copy and campaign structures faster and continuously optimize them. • In addition, you support our team in developing new digital products — contributing a marketing perspective, data insights and a good sense for what resonates with users. • You plan, build and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — including targeting, budgeting and ongoing optimization. • You routinely use AI tools — for creatives, copy, campaign setups, analyses and automations — and actively introduce new tools and use cases to the team. • You develop and iterate ad visuals and ad copy with a strong sense for impact and visual quality. • You analyze performance, run A/B tests and derive concrete, data-driven improvements. • You contribute your marketing and user perspective to the development of new digital products — from landing pages and messaging to go-to-market.
Job Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in university (Bachelor or Master, field open) or have recently graduated and are seeking a working-student (Werkstudent) or internship position in online marketing.
- You already have practical experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads — privately, during studies, as a freelancer or in a job.
- You are highly AI‑affine and use AI tools confidently and creatively in everyday marketing.
- You have strong visual sensibilities and a good instinct for what works as a creative asset.
- You work analytically, independently and results-oriented.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken — both languages are required for this role.
Benefits
- Real responsibility for live campaigns and budgets — not just observation.
- An AI-friendly environment where experimenting with new tools is explicitly encouraged.
- Short decision-making paths and a team that takes pride in its craft.
- Flexibility: Location initially flexible — remote within the DACH region or at one of our offices, with working hours that fit your situation (working student or full-time internship).
- Rapid learning curve at the intersection of performance marketing, AI and product development.
