• Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing initiatives across Paid Search, SEO, and Paid/Unpaid Social Media. • Ensure alignment across channels to support full-funnel objectives, including awareness, lead generation, conversion, and business outcomes. • Serve as a unifying point of coordination across Paid and Organic efforts to build cohesiveness and increase efficiency. • Act as a strategic partner to the AVP of Paid Search and Enrollment Marketing and the AVP of SEO, supporting execution of AI-enabled, automated, and data-driven strategies. • Lead complex, cross-channel initiatives through completion, ensuring timelines, priorities, and outcomes are met. • Support co-ownership of Social Media strategies (Paid and Unpaid) in partnership with both AVPs. • Provide senior-level analytical oversight across channels, translating complex performance data into actionable insights. • Improve analytics and reporting frameworks to enhance clarity, consistency, and decision-making. • Support full-funnel measurement and performance optimization. • Lead routine agency performance management processes, including goal alignment, performance reviews, and optimization discussions. • Ensure agencies operate against clear strategic objectives and KPIs, reducing tactical burden on AVP leadership. • Conduct and maintain competitive tracking and analysis across Paid, Organic, and Social channels. • Monitor industry trends, platform changes, and emerging best practices to inform strategy. • Partner with internal teams, including admissions, operations, analytics, content, and web, to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals. • Support consistent communication and alignment across stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned.
Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across paid search, SEO, and social media. Provide analytical oversight and manage agency performance to optimize strategies and enhance decision-making across marketing efforts.
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation. • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and marketing teams. • Monitor and evaluate search marketing performance, trends, and KPIs. • Manage and maintain data integrations across marketing and CRM platforms. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems. • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. • Utilize analytics platforms to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. • Assist in tracking ROI, conversion metrics, and funnel performance.
• Work under and report to the Program Director/Director of Education/Campus President. • Ensure all administrative records, reports and processes are completed and maintained for each student as related to their clinical courses or externship. • Attain a thorough knowledge of all rules and standards set forth by the state, federal and accrediting board(s) with respect to the externship and ensure all rules and regulations are adhered to at all times. • Maintain federal, state and accreditation compliance at all times. • Monitor and maintain TWC and accreditation regulations of all student records with respect to site evaluations, time cards, surveys and any other required documentation. • Serve as liaison between students, campus faculty and the organization providing the externship. • Document, in CampusVue, any matters related to externship from the student, site and/or campus perspective; ensuring all CampusVue notes are complete with dates, times and names as well as all matters are documented in full. • Complete, submit and maintain the process for State LMRT site approvals. • Document, in CampusVue, students site assignments. • Arrange and conduct externship orientation prior to externship. • Advise students who are not attending externship as scheduled; record said advising in the student file and CampusVue. • Ensure Program Director is aware of all student matters recorded in CampusVue. • Ensure all attendance is recorded in CampusVue and documented in the student file. • Monitor, track and provide feedback to the extern regarding timesheets. • Track and assure that all students complete a final exit after externship is completed. • Maintain accurate and organized student records. • Work closely with the Placement Coordinator in tracking extern-to-hire opportunities. • Attend and participate in staff meetings.
