• You will be responsible, together with us, for paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta — from concept and creative to reporting and analysis. • You use modern tools to build better creatives, copy and campaign structures faster and continuously optimize them. • In addition, you support our team in developing new digital products — contributing a marketing perspective, data insights and a good sense for what resonates with users. • You plan, build and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — including targeting, budgeting and ongoing optimization. • You routinely use AI tools — for creatives, copy, campaign setups, analyses and automations — and actively introduce new tools and use cases to the team. • You develop and iterate ad visuals and ad copy with a strong sense for impact and visual quality. • You analyze performance, run A/B tests and derive concrete, data-driven improvements. • You contribute your marketing and user perspective to the development of new digital products — from landing pages and messaging to go-to-market.

• You are the first voice and often the first face potential customers see of Logic Joe. • You identify which companies our new offering is relevant for, reach out to those companies, and introduce Logic Joe and our products—by phone, online, and in person on site. • Prospect research: You identify suitable small and medium-sized businesses and build clean target lists. • Prepare outreach channels: You research contacts and contact options and prepare structured outreach plans. • Presenting us: You convincingly present Logic Joe and our products/services—by phone, email/video and in person. • Customer visits: You meet prospects on site, build relationships and drive conversations forward. • Keep the pipeline under control: You document your activities accurately, follow up consistently and maintain an overview of your contacts. • Provide feedback: You bring market and customer insights back to the team so our offering and outreach continuously improve.
