• Manage the full recruitment cycle independently: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback and extending offers • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across engineering, art, and other game development functions. • Actively source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency. • Lead and support employer branding initiatives and other HR-related projects that strengthen the company's market presence. • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Solid recruitment experience, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of game development roles and hiring markets.
  • Experience hiring software engineers and/or artists at scale in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience recruiting for multiplayer, shooter, mid-core, or hardcore game projects is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working directly with Hiring Managers.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter with experience recruiting healthcare professionals across Latin America (LATAM).
