• Manage the full recruitment cycle independently: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback and extending offers • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across engineering, art, and other game development functions. • Actively source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency. • Lead and support employer branding initiatives and other HR-related projects that strengthen the company's market presence. • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices.
• Create high-quality, realistic textures and skin variations for weapons and props, following the established visual style of Oxide. • Prepare and polish weapon and prop models for texturing, ensuring clean UVs and proper asset workflow. • Optimize textures and materials to ensure excellent performance on mobile devices. • Work closely with the art lead to maintain visual consistency across all skins and materials. • Iterate on feedback quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. • Collaborate with developers and technical artists to ensure smooth integration of assets into the game engine.
• Create high-quality 3D environment assets and props from concept to in-game implementation. • Develop both hero assets and modular asset kits for efficient world building. • Create high and low-poly models, UVs, textures, and materials optimized for mobile devices. • Build realistic locations, including terrain, vegetation, buildings, rocks, cliffs, and other world elements. • Collaborate with Level Designers to ensure environments support gameplay and visual goals.
• Run our open beta program: set weekly focus tests, communicate priorities in Discord, and keep momentum in the community. • Validate community bug reports, reproduce reported issues, and write clear, minimal repro steps for engineering. • File and maintain Jira tickets with proper priority, labels, and de-duplication. • Design and run reward system (for bugs): evaluate reports for quality and first-to-report status, maintain the Reward Ledger, and coordinate in-game reward delivery. • Write a weekly digest for the development team: top issues, trends, regression candidates. • Run and grow our community: moderate platforms, set the tone, and organize events, contests, polls, and AMAs with the development team. • Track player sentiment across Discord and other public channels, facilitate all the discussions. • Be the visible voice of HyperHug for players: clear, friendly, on-brand communication. • Handle incoming player tickets in SDK during downtime from bug-hunt and community work, escalate technical issues to the development team via established processes. • Assist in preparing new game versions by validating player-reported issues, surfacing recurring problems, and identifying incidents early.
• Creating keyframe animations for characters, weapons, and gameplay objects in both first-person and third-person perspectives. • Cleaning and refining motion capture data to achieve polished in-game results. • Producing animations for skins and additional in-game content. • Preparing and exporting animation assets for integration into Unity. • Maintaining high animation quality with strong attention to posing, timing, and weight.
• Full-cycle manual testing of a mobile free-to-play project: testing new features and mechanics, regression testing, and acceptance testing. • Creating, maintaining, and updating test documentation (test cases, checklists). • Reporting and documenting found issues and preparing test reports. • Close collaboration with the development team. • Monitoring build stability and overall product quality.
• Creating game locations from concept to final implementation — including layout design, blockouts, assembly, and gameplay integration. • Quality control of game locations, ensuring they meet external requirements and technical limitations. • Optimizing levels to meet performance and technical requirements for mobile platforms. • Collaborating with artists and other designers to ensure strong visual composition and cohesive gameplay flow.
• Develop and evolve anti-cheat systems for Oxide: Survival Island. • Identify, analyze, and fix vulnerabilities in game code and gameplay logic. • Analyze logs, crashes, and runtime behavior to detect and investigate exploits. • Design solutions based on authoritative server principles. • Detect and counter common cheat patterns. • Research and improve anti-cheat detection methods and overall system robustness. • Integrate anti-cheat mechanisms into an existing codebase
• Respond to player inquiries in SDK with clarity and empathy. • Correctly categorize, tag, investigate, and escalate tickets when needed. • Review complaints, verify evidence, and apply account actions (including bans) when appropriate. • Perform required actions in internal tools/systems to resolve player cases. • Update and create FAQ/KB articles, proofread content for new releases. • Monitor our Discord community for bug reports and player issues. • Validate community bug reports and prepare structured bug tickets for the development team. • Support and create SDK automations (adjust rules, report errors). • Handle Russian/English reviews via Appfollow: respond, categorize, escalate key issues. • Monitor recurring problems, identify incidents, and provide structured feedback. • Assist in preparing for new game versions by validating player-reported issues, and preparing clear bug reports for the development team.
• Prepare content specifications (battle pass, gacha, live-ops). • Assign and review 2D/3D assets. • Сonfigure features in Unity. • Work with config files, spreadsheets, and tune balance. • Maintain up-to-date design documentation. • Handle localization tasks. • Investigate bugs and coordinate with QA. • Drive features from concept to release.
