Role Description Für ein Projekt bei unserem Versicherungskunden mit Sitz in Zürich, suchen wir ab sofort eine:n motivierte:n Service Desk Mitarbeiter:in - 1st Level Support (DE/FR). - Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen (1st und 2nd Level) - Unterstützung der Anwender bei Problemen mit Microsoft 365, Windows 11 und weiteren Applikationen - Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich - Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation im ITSM Tool (z. B. ServiceNow) - Verwaltung von Usern und Zugriffsrechten (z. B. Entra ID) - Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerk und Security (z. B. Zscaler) - Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts Qualifications - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Erfahrung im Service Desk oder IT-Support - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 und Intune - Erfahrung im Applikationssupport - Kenntnisse mit ITSM Tools (z. B.
