Pharmacy Solutions Consultant, PharmD

Foundation Health

• Partner with the sales team to support customer engagements, bringing pharmacy subject matter expertise to sales discussions with health system pharmacy leadership. • Attend conferences and sales events (both as a participant and speaker) to represent the company and support broader visibility and brand-building initiatives for Foundation Health. • Translate complex pharmacy workflows and pain points into clear solution narratives that align with Foundation Health’s platform capabilities. • Conduct solution demos, presentations, and technical deep-dives for prospective and current customers. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer pharmacy teams, building strong relationships and credibility. • Collaborate with the product team to inform roadmap priorities, product requirements, and feature development based on customer needs and market insights. • Provide internal training and enablement to sales and customer success teams on pharmacy workflows, terminology, and best practices. • Represent Foundation Health at industry conferences, panels, and customer events as a pharmacy subject matter expert.

Job Requirements

  • PharmD or equivalent clinical background strongly preferred; deep understanding of health system pharmacy operations is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in health system pharmacy or a healthcare technology company supporting health system customers.
  • Proven ability to engage credibly with pharmacy leaders (e.g., Chief Pharmacy Officers, Directors of Pharmacy).
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate clinical workflows into business and technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in customer-facing solution consulting roles is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where flexibility and initiative are critical.
  • Comfort in presenting externally, both in client-facing and conference environments.
