We are scaling fast, and the Marketing Manager role is critical to our next stage of growth. **The Role** We are hiring a hands-on, operational Digital Marketing Manager - Ecommerce to own and grow our DTC business across our Australian and US Shopify stores. This is a **player-coach** role — you will lead a small marketing team of four specialists while remaining deeply hands-on in strategy, diagnosis, creative briefing, reporting, and trading reviews. You will not run platform-level campaign builds (your media buyer owns that), but you must be fluent enough in the data and execution to coach, review, and step in when needed.
