• Own digital acquisition strategy and execution end-to-end for the Texas recruitment program — paid media, organic/SEO, and the full conversion funnel • Build and optimize the recruitment funnel: landing pages, our online application form, tracking pixels, conversion/event tracking, and ongoing A/B testing to drive down cost per sign-up • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms — managing targeting, creative, and budget pacing • Build and own our organic digital presence and SEO so the program is discoverable, credible, and findable • Manage digital ad and marketing vendors as a knowledgeable client: set the brief, interrogate their recommendations, and hold them to measurable results • Set creative direction and build content calendars; write clear creative briefs, give structured feedback, and produce creative where needed • Track and report on cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and funnel performance, in partnership with our data team • Manage other vendor relationships as needed • Collaborate with our partnerships, SMS outreach, and data teams to align all recruitment activity • Other responsibilities as assigned
