Role Description We are looking for a Senior Test Lead – Trade Finance Digitalization with strong domain expertise in Trade Finance and Banking. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently leading the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Trade Finance Digital Transformation initiatives, including front-end digital portals and integration with Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24. - Lead the end-to-end testing activities for Trade Finance digitalization programs, including test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality sign-off. - Act as the Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) and single point of accountability for overall testing quality and delivery. - Manage and coordinate testing teams, test environments, test cycles, and stakeholder communications. - Perform hands-on testing while providing leadership and governance across the testing function. - Validate end-to-end trade finance workflows across digital channels, BPM/workflow platforms, and core banking systems. - Possess strong functional knowledge of Trade Finance products, including: - Import and Export Letters of Credit (LC) - Bank Guarantees (BG) - Bills for Collection - Trade Loans and Working Capital products - Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios covering complex trade finance business processes and transaction lifecycles. - Validate Straight-Through Processing (STP), API integrations, maker-checker workflows, and system interfaces. - Ensure compliance with SWIFT messaging standards, ICC regulations, and banking operational requirements. - Drive defect governance, risk management, and test reporting, providing clear status updates and quality metrics to project stakeholders. - Provide data-driven go/no-go recommendations and ensure zero critical defects before production release. - Support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and superior client experience. Qualifications - 8+ years of QA experience in banking, with at least 3 years dedicated to Trade Finance systems. - A proven record of independently leading test teams and end-to-end test delivery – owning test strategy, planning, estimation, defect governance, and stakeholder reporting. - Proven track record testing front-end digital portals and complex core banking integrations. - Proven track record of testing complex financial integrations, including SWIFT messaging, local clearing networks, and Core Banking system integrations (Temenos T24). - Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios for multi-system, multi-channel financial workflows. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts. - Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting for financial testing scenarios. - Experience supporting regulatory compliance testing and audit evidence preparation in a banking context.

• Support software quality activities related to post-market product performance, customer complaints, software anomalies, and product investigations. • Conduct technical investigations of software-related issues using complaint data, field intelligence, logs, and engineering analysis to identify potential root causes and quality trends. • Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Systems Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Risk Management to evaluate software defects and their potential impact to product safety and performance. • Support CAPA investigations, product performance assessments, and verification activities associated with software quality improvements. • Analyze post-market data and product performance trends to identify opportunities for product, process, and quality system improvements. • Collaborate with development and test engineering teams to ensure software defects are appropriately documented, investigated, prioritized, and resolved. • Assist in maintaining compliance with product development processes, quality system requirements, and applicable regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle. • Participate in design reviews, defect triage discussions, and quality planning activities for new product development and sustaining engineering efforts.
