You will establish metrics, provide data analyses, and work directly to support business intelligence. You will evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position. The Associate Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting will report to the Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting. You will ensure data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data. You will develop, build, and continuously improve complex reserving models leveraging cloud-based technology and advanced analytics. You will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of a cloud-based reserving model. In this role, you will leverage tools such as Databricks and Power BI to build, automate, and optimize reporting processes. You will conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for improving reserve accuracy, translating your findings into actionable enhancements to the reserve model. This position requires strong technical capabilities, along with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to turn complex data insights into practical model refinements.
