• Participate as a key member of an Agile team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise application releases • Manage and coordinate daily development activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of mission-critical systems • Oversee Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities, including defect resolution, enhancements, system updates, and performance improvements • Lead release planning, execution, and deployment activities across UAT and production environments • Ensure applications meet IRS testing procedures and performance validation requirements • Serve as the primary technical liaison to Government Program Managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership • Ensure solutions adhere to federal compliance, security, and architectural standards • Provide technical oversight and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and system scalability
