App Builder Developer

• Develop and implement web applications using Adobe App Builder within the Workfront platform • Build and maintain web application extensions within or adjacent to Workfront • Utilize React, Node.js, and App Builder frameworks to create scalable and maintainable solutions • Partner with internal teams to identify and implement scalable extension patterns • Support rapid experimentation initiatives using Adobe App Builder • Pressure test initial business use cases and validate platform capabilities • Apply a fail-fast methodology to quickly assess solution viability and recommend next steps • Prototype and iterate on applications based on stakeholder feedback and business needs • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and understand operational challenges • Translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate recommendations to stakeholders • Support marketing operations and workflow automation initiatives where applicable • Help identify opportunities to improve processes through platform extensions and automation • Help define and maintain guardrails around customization and business requirements • Assist in filtering and prioritizing enhancement requests • Promote scalable development practices and platform governance standards • Maintain a structured approach to development, testing, documentation, and deployment

Job Requirements

  • Experience developing web applications
  • Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js
  • Experience with Adobe App Builder or similar extension and extensibility frameworks
  • Ability to build web application extensions within or adjacent to the Workfront platform
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, experimental environment
