• Participate as a key member of an Agile team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise application releases • Manage and coordinate daily development activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of mission-critical systems • Oversee Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities, including defect resolution, enhancements, system updates, and performance improvements • Lead release planning, execution, and deployment activities across UAT and production environments • Ensure applications meet IRS testing procedures and performance validation requirements • Serve as the primary technical liaison to Government Program Managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership • Ensure solutions adhere to federal compliance, security, and architectural standards • Provide technical oversight and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and system scalability

• Help with zOS new release installs, maintenance and OEM installs. • Problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex issues. • Perform programming and debugging activities. • Respond to issues in a timely manner by receiving and investigating incidents or service tickets. • Engage and manage outside vendors as needed. • Act as a resource for teammates with less experience.

Role Description Credence has an immediate opening for a Senior MuleSoft Developer to support strategic API-focused modernization projects through the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions. - Build reusable integration flows connecting enterprise and cloud-based systems. - Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize API performance, reliability, and scalability. - Lead code reviews and mentor developers on MuleSoft best practices and standards. - Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform integrations and enterprise API-led connectivity solutions. - Experience integrating cloud and enterprise applications in secure environments and troubleshooting complex integration issues across distributed systems. - Hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform and DataWeave, including designing or consuming REST APIs and working with SOAP services. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments. - Active MuleSoft Certified Developer certification. - Active DoD 8570 IAT 1 certification. - An active security clearance is strongly preferred. - Experience working in DoD cloud environments is a plus. - Experience working directly with solution architects, business owners, or government program teams is a plus.
