Director, Program Management / Configuration Manager

Role Description ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a Director, Program Management / Configuration Manager to support upcoming needs with our federal customers. The Application Development Sustainment Services (ADSS) team supports Treasury Enterprise Application (EA) platform systems that are critical to the success of the Department of Treasury IT mission. As Director, Program Management / Configuration Manager, you would help coordinate teams of architects, analysts, developers, and designers to support multiple engagements via Change and Release management. In this role, you will: - Serve as a key partner to the customer POCs, development project managers, and O&M project managers. - Advise and engage the client on key operational and strategic priorities. - Track and support completion of high-quality deliverables. - Assist with team management tasks. - Demonstrate an ability and desire to continually learn new technologies. - Embrace ambiguity to translate client needs using an agile delivery framework. Qualifications - 10+ years of management experience. - 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects. - 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT/software projects, preferably utilizing Agile/SAFe methodology. - 3+ years of experience in leading multiple teams. - 1+ years of experience with low-code, no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, and ServiceNow. - US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position). - Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance. - MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.). Requirements - Expertise with Agile Scrum methodology and SAFe. - Bachelor's degree in technology related field or business. - 3+ years’ experience managing distributed teams in support of geographically dispersed customers. - The ability to proactively communicate with federal clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - The ability to work closely with and explain technical concepts/solutions to non-technical client stakeholders. - Experience with program standards, leadership, and coordination. - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint). - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Pay Range The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $158,819.00 - $269,993.00.
