Personal Injury Paralegal – Litigation Support

• Manage a docket of active personal injury cases • Monitor case progression and proactively move cases forward • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation • Track medical treatment, records requests, and case status updates • Coordinate with clients, providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel • Execute firm SOPs for new case intake and ongoing case handling • Assist in drafting and responding to discovery (RFPs, interrogatories, etc.) • Organize and review medical records and litigation documents • Support deposition and trial preparation • Draft routine legal correspondence and pleadings • Monitor litigation deadlines, court requirements, and filings

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury law
  • Exposure to litigation (not only pre-litigation)
  • English level C1 or B2 Advanced
  • Strong understanding of case flow from intake through litigation
  • Experience with discovery processes and legal documentation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with Filevine or similar case management systems
