• Own the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of enablement programs that support GTM and Customer Success initiatives. • Lead cross-functional enablement programs aligning Sales and Customer Success across the lifecycle. • Partner with Customer Success leadership on strategic review frameworks and customer growth plays. • Drive enablement for key GTM motions including GXA strategy. • Reinforce value-based selling and customer engagement practices. • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, GTM Strategy, RevOps, and Revenue leadership. • Translate business priorities into structured enablement programs and materials. • Establish standards for program design, timelines, and metrics. • Tailor enablement content to various roles and segments. • Develop certifications, assessments, and reinforcement programs. • Define KPIs with RevOps to measure readiness, execution, retention, and growth. • Monitor and optimize enablement programs using data and feedback. • Support manager coaching and onboarding programs. • Serve as a strategic program lead across initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, customer success enablement, or program management.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic programs.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer success motions.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions.
- Strong program management and analytical skills.
- Experience defining KPIs and measuring impact.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
- Experience with Gong, Highspot, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
