Sales Engineer

Watts Water Technologies

• Establish sales strategy of for valve business in Northern of China, aligned with the regional strategies. • Responsible for valve product sales, dealer system development and maintenance. • Ensure the steady growth of the business by increasing sales and market share both in existing and new markets. • Achieve and exceed the sales target set by the management in Northern of China. • Manage distributor teams, develop distributor 's business ability, assist distributor to track local projects. • Keep communication with suppliers, keep abreast of the latest information of products, be familiar with the previous sales market, and be able to effectively sell products through channel suppliers, including civil, commercial and factory sales target groups. • Keep close and effective relationship with key opinion leaders and customers. • Promote the company brand, take advantage of seminars, exhibitions and other forms to enhance the brand awareness and market share of Watts. • Work with planning, product management and engineering team closely for Watts products. • Complete other tasks assigned by the company. • A minimum of 50% travels.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years’ commercial experience in marketing & sales development in HVAC industry.
  • Proved experience in a multi-national company as a senior leader with outstanding capability to deliver results within a highly competitive environment.
  • No restrictions on products or regional experience, familiar with valve product sales and related experience is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency who is capable of driving performance improvement and motivating others to achieve results.
  • Embodies the highest standards in terms of work ethics and integrity.
  • Creates an environment of trust by acting with transparency and consistency, delivering commitments, and providing rationale for decisions.
  • Excellent analytical, written and communication skills; articulate and persuasive; able to influence others through sound business judgment and common sense.

Role Description This is a remote position. As our founding Sales Engineer, you will be the technical foundation of our go-to-market motion.
