• Act as a professional representative of Klüber Lubrication towards customers, managing direct B2B sales within assigned industrial markets • Take full ownership of the assigned sales territory, including planning, execution, and achievement of sales and growth targets • Develop and maintain customer relationships in an international environment • Apply value-based selling approaches to translate customer needs into sustainable business solutions • Drive business development by identifying and realizing new opportunities within the assigned markets • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. customer service, application engineering, Service) to deliver customer-centric solutions • Manage the Sales pipeline (from Lead to Sales), and activities using CRM systems, ensuring transparency and performance tracking • Communicate and negotiate effectively in an international environment and travel intensively within the assigned sales area
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably in industrial, technical, or specialty product environments
- Proven capability in managing direct customer and key account relationships, ideally in an international or multi-country context
- Strong understanding of value-based selling concepts and translating customer needs into sustainable business solutions
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional environments (e.g. application engineering, technical experts, business development)
- Confident handling of CRM systems and structured, data-driven working style combined with high accountability and execution focus
- Fluency in Hungarian and English (both spoken and written)

Role Description This is a remote position. As our founding Sales Engineer, you will be the technical foundation of our go-to-market motion.
