• Build relationships with sales, marketing, and other functions to understand business needs and challenges, and collaborate to ensure consistent messaging, smooth handoffs, and attainment of shared goals. • Act as the voice of sales in cross-functional initiatives, including product commercialization, ensuring excellence in executing on related operational needs. • Design and implement standardized, efficient workflows for the customer lifecycle, including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, etc. • Proactively audit processes, systems, and data to ensure a high level of quality and effectiveness throughout the sales function. • Manage business improvement projects end-to-end in line with Raintree’s go-to-market approach and data-driven insights. • Collaborate with the business systems team to design, test, implement, and optimize Raintree’s best-in-class revenue tech stack, and support adoption by sales. • Creation and maintenance of sales, marketing, and revenue-related reporting and dashboards in the CRM and/or BI platform. • Analyze metrics to provide insights into revenue, sales funnel effectiveness, and KPIs for executives. • Maintain high data quality within systems, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights. • Act as subject matter expert on Raintree processes, data, and revenue systems, and hold ownership of resolving related inquiries from salespeople and other Rainees. • Support deal desk functions by enabling reps on pricing and contract generation tooling, and providing related Tier 1 support. • Provide tools, training, and documentation to support sales team efficiency and self-sufficiency.

• Independently manage and develop a sales territory to generate new business from mid-sized to large Physical Therapy practices, consistently building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline • Drive the full sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closure, with a specific focus on selling our RCM services • Proactively prospect for new clients through direct methods (calls, networking) and effectively engage with inbound marketing leads • Expertly demonstrate our RCM solutions, providing clear, concise, and compelling product overviews • Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients to secure profitable business • Develop and maintain a high level of domain knowledge on RCM, the Physical Therapy market, and competitive offerings • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to deliver value, including strategic motivators, key stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales • Accurately track all sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system (Salesforce.com) and provide consistent, accurate sales forecasts on a monthly basis • Travel within the assigned territory and/or for industry events up to 50% of the time to engage with clients and represent the company.

• Marketing stakeholder for commercialization strategy and alignment on all planned releases, including opportunities, roadblocks, timelines, roles/responsibilities, outcomes, and reporting. • Research, develop, and validate compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. • Translate technical features into clear and impactful benefits for customers, creating marketing messaging themes for regular release showcases and large industry events. • Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research and leverage the analysis to inform product messaging and positioning to drive growth. • Lead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring successful product releases and driving measurable results.

• Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap for shared services. • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for internal APIs, authentication, access control, & inter-domain integration. • Partner deeply with domain Product Managers and Platform Engineering to identify dependencies, design reusable services, and drive alignment on shared capabilities. • Champion platform reliability and security, working closely with engineering and architecture teams to enforce standards. • Conduct in-depth user research, onsite observations, attend customer events, and perform data analysis. • Define KPIs and adoption metrics for platform components to drive data-driven prioritization and continuous improvement. • Facilitate cross-domain prioritization and sequencing, ensuring that foundational platform work is unblocked. • Lead iterative delivery and proactively manage technical risks to ensure predictable outcomes. • Translate technical strategy into clear, high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that drive engineering efficiency. • Advocate for reusability and support consistent use of internal tools, APIs, and eventing systems.

• Act as the primary source of knowledge for our enterprise base when it comes to complex technical issues across Practice Management, Clinical, and Billing/Financial domains. • Utilize expert-level critical thinking to deconstruct complex software behaviors, isolate root causes, and recreate bugs in test environments. • Lead the response for high-impact service disruptions affecting the Enterprise base, ensuring rapid resolution and clear stakeholder communication. • Provide a premium support experience for VIP accounts, acting as the technical "face of Raintree" during high-stakes interactions. • Dedicate 20% of your time to developing those around you, elevating the department's collective knowledge. • Lead the creation, curation, and maintenance of a robust Knowledge Base to drive self-service and improve First Contact Resolution (FCR). • Identify systemic challenges in products or processes and proactively propose data-driven improvement strategies. • Maintain impeccable case records, ensuring HIPAA compliance, data security, and clear follow-up commitments.

• Act as the key source of knowledge for our enterprise base when it comes to complex technical issues across Practice Management, Clinical, and Billing/Financial domains, with an emphasis on the EMR and clinicals. • Utilize expert-level critical thinking to deconstruct complex software behaviors, isolate root causes, and recreate bugs in test environments. • Participate in the response for high-impact service disruptions affecting the Enterprise base, ensuring rapid resolution and clear stakeholder communication. • Provide a premium support experience for VIP accounts, acting as the technical "face of Raintree" during high-stakes interactions. • Dedicate 10% of your time to developing those around you, elevating the department's collective knowledge. • Help identify systemic challenges in products or processes and proactively propose data-driven strategies for improvement. • Maintain impeccable case records, ensuring HIPAA compliance, data security, and clear follow-up commitments. • Look beyond the immediate ticket to identify and resolve underlying issues before they impact the broader client base.

• Perform Technical Lead responsibilities for Application Architecture function for best practices & architecture initiatives. • Perform Architect duties for Scheduler product: Partner with Product Management for Scheduler function to intake product requirements and design end-to-end technical solutions that align with Raintree’s platform vision and enterprise architecture. • Refactor NewGen platform to help accelerate developer velocity, maintainability, lower operating costs, enhanced security, increased performance and scalability. • Lead automation and engineering initiatives to operationalize and streamline enterprise readiness of the Newgen Platform. • Ensure interoperability: Architect and implement healthcare data exchange using HL7, FHIR, CCD, and related standards, ensuring compliance and data integrity. • Design robust data sync mechanisms: Define data synchronization, replication, and consistency models across multi-tenant, distributed, and hybrid environments. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with leaders across Architecture, Agile Delivery, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and compliance requirements. • Technical leadership: Provide execution strategy, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Assist & Enable Raintree development team’s move to Agentic AI-based Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). • Operate with urgency: Drive results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where speed and quality must co-exist.

Role Description Raintree is currently seeking a high-velocity Contract Technical Writer with deep clinical and/or RCM knowledge to join our documentation team for a 6-month contract, with possibility for extension. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex therapy workflows and cutting-edge client-facing software documentation. This is not a traditional "blank page" writing role; you will leverage specialized AI agents in conjunction with technical requirements and your healthcare expertise to produce informative, accurate, user-centric content. Your mission is to ensure our clients have the "source of truth" they need for success across both our classic platform and our new AI-powered products and features as we collectively work to build our industry’s first “invisible EMR”. Reporting to the Manager, Product Learning, this individual will be responsible for: - AI-Augmented Content Creation: Utilize custom AI Assistants to generate and iterate on first-draft documentation for modules and features based on technical specifications. - Subject Matter Expertise: Apply professional healthcare experience to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and useful for therapy practices. - Knowledge Base Management: Author, format, and publish articles directly into our new WYSIWYG Knowledge Management System (KMS). - Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers to validate complex clinical logic and "hunt down" details to fill gaps in legacy documentation. - Backlog Execution: Maintain a consistent sprint velocity to resolve high-priority documentation gaps and reduce documentation backlog by 70%+. - Style and Quality Stewardship: Contribute to the evolution of the Raintree Knowledge Style Guide and formatting standards, ensuring all documentation remains consistent, professional, and optimized for provider readability across both classic and NewGen platforms. Qualifications - EMR / EHR Experience: 3+ years experience utilizing or supporting an EMR or EHR platform, with deep understanding of clinical and/or RCM workflows and regulatory requirements. - Technical Writing Experience: 3+ years of professional technical writing experience, ideally within a SaaS or software environment. - AI Literacy: High comfort level using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) to assist in the drafting and editing process, with a track record of embracing AI technologies and AI-enabled processes. - Proven Quality: A portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate an ability to translate robust software functionality into clear, concise, and skimmable user documentation. - KMS Experience: Familiarity with modern Knowledge Management Systems as an end user. - Agile Proficiency: Experience working within an Agile environment and a bias for action in a 2-week sprint cadence. • Develop and execute content across the full funnel, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, sales assets, and social content • Translate complex product capabilities, industry trends, and customer stories into clear, compelling narratives • Support demand generation and ABM initiatives with targeted, persona-driven content • Develop thought leadership content such as research reports, industry guides, and executive-level assets • Partner with Product Marketing to produce case studies, testimonials, and enablement materials • Collaborate with Design and Digital Marketing to ensure content is visually strong, on-brand, and optimized for performance • Maintain and evolve Raintree’s content voice to be confident, approachable, and trusted • Track content performance and continuously optimize based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
