VP Finance – Strategic Growth

• Support managers by summarizing, presenting, and advising on all financial aspects (regional and corporate). • Model current branches to advise on profitability dynamics, and then coordinate product margins and commission rates for each market. • Assist in recruiting efforts of Loan Originators, by modeling, assessing, and advising on opportunities. • Participate in the recruiting and development of Joint Venture opportunities, by leading the proforma creation, maintaining strong knowledge of all the platforms offered, and evolving the value provided to partners. • Act as a CHL representative for joint ventures, presenting all necessary financial reporting and support. • Play a key role in supporting the Builder Connect program to promote growth in the homebuilding sector. • Design financial reporting tools for all levels of sales management to better understand and manage key dynamics. • Complete Stratmor/MBA analysis and summaries for financial benchmarking purposes. • Attend industry events to network and provide management summaries of recent trends and opportunities. • Produce annual production forecasts and financial projections. • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required.
  • This position requires 6+ years of experience in Real Estate Finance.
  • Strong organizational skills, and detail oriented
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
  • Experience utilizing relations databases for data analysis (SQL)
  • Superior analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry and financial concepts associated with mortgages (AMP designation preferred)
  • Strong understanding of technology, including Jet Reports, Crystal Reports, Salesforce, and Fusion.
