• Contribuer au plan de recrutement d’un de nos terrains d’expertises. • Identification et sourcing de profils : être en autonomie sur l’ensemble du dispositif sourcing (Linkedin, Job boards, cooptation, relations écoles etc.) et identifier de manière pro-active des pratiques innovantes pour dénicher les meilleurs profils du marché. • Préqualification des candidatures : conduire des entretiens téléphoniques et évaluer les profils selon nos critères d’évaluation. • Organisation du processus de sélection : coordonner les entretiens, assurer le suivi dans les outils et veiller à la fluidité des étapes. • Expérience candidat : garantir une expérience professionnelle et personnalisée, en fournissant des retours constructifs et en accompagnant les candidats jusqu’à la proposition. • Contribuer aux projets de marque employeur : Proposer de nouvelles idées ou actions à mener.

Job Requirements

  • Étudiant
  • e d’une Grande École de commerce, d’un IEP ou d’une Université.
  • Recherche un stage de 6 mois (en césure ou de fin d’études) ou une alternance dans le domaine des ressources humaines.
  • Justifier idéalement d’une première expérience (stage, alternance, engagement associatif…) en recrutement, gestion de projet ou commerce.
  • Disposer d’un niveau minimum B2 en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
