Director, Talent Acquisition Operations – Enablement

• Lead all recruiting operations across the full hiring lifecycle; owning process design, coordination, SLAs, and operational standards that create a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams • Own and optimize the TA technology stack, driving adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement across all recruiting systems and integrations • Manage all TA vendor relationships—job boards, sourcing tools, background check providers, and staffing partners—including contract negotiations, performance management, and budget accountability • Lead the talent sourcing function, building proactive pipeline capability across priority hiring segments and scaling offshore sourcing as a cost-effective complement to the domestic team • Build and deliver recruiter and hiring manager enablement programs. Examples include training, playbooks, and toolkits that raise the quality and consistency of every hire • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Employer Brand function, leading the build-out of Hims & Hers’ employer brand presence across content, career site, and candidate communications • Define and own TA analytics and reporting—translating pipeline, source, and efficiency data into insights that drive decisions for the team and senior leadership • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team spanning operations, coordination, sourcing, and employer brand, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with meaningful leadership responsibility across recruiting operations, systems, or enablement
- A proven track record of building and scaling TA infrastructure—processes, technology, and programs—in a high-growth, distributed environment
- Deep familiarity with the TA technology landscape and demonstrated experience owning an ATS and driving system adoption across a recruiting organization
- Experience managing TA vendor relationships, including negotiations, performance accountability, and budget oversight
- Strong data fluency—you know which metrics matter, how to build reporting that drives action, and how to communicate the story behind the numbers
- Strong operator mindset with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution, and a track record of building cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders

This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive and able to quickly source, engage, and place qualified talent while upholding high standards of quality and compliance. - Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals - Work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Source candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach - Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Qualifications - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required - Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience in LATAM (required) - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools Requirements - This is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) - Pay rate of $7 – $8 per hour depending on skillset and experience - Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM PST
