Sales Regional Manager

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of four direct reports. • Conduct regular performance discussions, career development planning, and succession planning activities. • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Provide guidance and support to help team members achieve individual and organizational goals. • Identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the team. • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company objectives. • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and business priorities. • Evaluate regional performance and recommend actions to improve market penetration and business results. • Assist with forecasting, business planning, and long-range growth initiatives. • Monitor regulatory, economic, and industry trends impacting the Building Technologies market. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution. • Lead regional initiatives and projects that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness. • Develop and present business updates, recommendations, and strategic plans to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in building products, construction, manufacturing, plumbing, or a related industry.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through influence, development, and accountability.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Role Description They are now seeking to hire a Freight Forwarding & Shipping Coordinator to take ownership of end-to-end shipment operations and ensure the timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.
