• Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve advanced robotic systems operating in customer facilities across Texas and the Central United States • Own a territory anchored in the Dallas–Fort Worth region, supporting customer sites throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Kansas, and surrounding states • Provide surge support for deployments, preventative maintenance campaigns, and new product introductions nationwide • Diagnose failures, document repairs, and uncover root causes to directly contribute to next-generation products • Represent Tutor professionally at customer sites and maintain strong customer relationships
Job Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, building, maintaining, or deploying electromechanical systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Hands-on experience with motors, sensors, actuators, drives, pneumatics, conveyors, robotics, industrial automation, CNC, AGVs, AMRs, or similar systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Comfort using multimeters, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Documentation discipline — you log your work thoroughly and follow SOPs consistently, even in the field with no one watching
- Strong communicator who over-communicates by default — comfortable working async over Slack and proactive about keeping the team and customers in the loop
- Comfortable being uncomfortable — you can walk into an ambiguous situation, figure it out, and drive it to resolution without a playbook
- Strong ability to own customer relationships solo — no office, no manager on-site
- Self-direction and accountability: you manage your own schedule, routes, and priorities
- Willingness to travel (~75%) and take ownership of problems end to end
- Based in the Riverside / Inland Empire area (or willing to relocate)
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Level II: ~2+ years maintaining industrial automation, robotics, conveyors, packaging equipment, AGVs/AMRs, CNC, or similar electromechanical systems

• Provide customer service support a variety of advanced KLA products. Be the primary focal point of contact for all customer service-related issues. • Maintain excellent working relationship with customers, CSEs, applications engineers, technical support and sales teams. • Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment problems at customer site. Assists customers with all system issues. Role Description This is a Remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US. There will be in excess of 75% travel. The Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer will report to the ECH Field Engineer Manager. The Field Engineer is ultimately accountable for the system being implemented based on the site design specifics, including the on-site configuration, testing, cut, and post-cut support for Motorola’s on-premise and cloud-hosted ECH solutions. - Performs system configuration for all supported and assigned ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based applications. - Performs site verification testing prior to cutting a site into a production environment. - Configures and troubleshoots connectivity between local site infrastructure and cloud-hosted application environments. - Provides support to Customer and Channel Partners while deploying the ECH solution into a production environment. - Documents all changes to the solution, including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations, that may occur during the implementation phase of the project. - Ensures that installation/quality issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. - Participates in the development and approval of Methods of Procedure (MOP) for cloud migrations and system upgrades. - Participates in pre-contract oral presentations and customer negotiations as required. - Maintains subject matter expert skills in emerging cloud-native public safety technologies.
