• Act as trusted advisor and sparring partner to the BU CEO on all financial and strategic matters • Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives and shareholder expectations • Lead strategic initiatives including portfolio optimization, investments, and growth programs • Full ownership of M&A activities, from evaluation and execution to integration/separation • Drive transparency and performance management through robust KPI frameworks and business reviews • Identify and deliver margin improvement, cost efficiency, and cash optimization initiatives • Ensure disciplined capital allocation and value-based decision-making • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes • Ensure high-quality reporting to Group and senior stakeholders • Maintain strong governance, compliance, and internal control standards • Manage liquidity, cash flow, and capital structure within Group guidelines • Engage with banks, investors, and financing partners to secure funding and optimize financial flexibility • Lead, develop, and transform an international finance organization • Foster a high-performance culture and strong cross-functional collaboration • Act as key interface to Group Finance, Executive Management, and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in an international industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record in strategic finance, business partnering, and transformation
  • Strong M&A experience and capital markets exposure is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, matrix organizations
