This leadership position centers on execution, rigorous accountability, and operational precision. In this role, you will govern team metrics, advise representatives through intricate deal cycles, accelerate retention performance, and deploy scalable workflows that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Renewals Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Account Managers responsible for managing existing customer relationships and driving repeat business. This role is focused on leadership, accountability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience managing renewal, retention, account management, or customer success teams in a high-performance sales environment. They are highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about developing people while driving measurable business results. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience leading or managing renewal, retention, account management, customer success, or relationship management teams. - Demonstrated success improving team performance through coaching and accountability. - Strong experience conducting pipeline reviews and managing performance metrics. - Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action. - Experience working in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Requirements - Lead and develop a team of 3–6 Renewal Account Managers and Customer Relationship Representatives. - Conduct regular coaching sessions focused on call quality, customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and professional development. - Provide real-time guidance on complex customer situations and renewal opportunities. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Support onboarding and training of new team members. - Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure opportunity progression and forecast accuracy. - Monitor individual and team KPIs, identifying risks and implementing corrective action plans when necessary. - Drive consistent execution of renewal processes and best practices. - Ensure accurate CRM management and reporting across the team. - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within current workflows. - Partner with leadership to develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and operational improvements. - Analyze team performance trends and recommend strategies to improve productivity, retention, and customer satisfaction. - Assist in creating training materials, playbooks, and process documentation. - Act as a strategic partner to the Renewals Director in managing team performance and execution. - Participate in interviewing, candidate evaluations, onboarding, and performance management discussions. - Support leadership initiatives designed to improve accountability, scalability, and overall team effectiveness.
