Product Line Manager

• Develop, manage and drive the strategy, roadmap, GTM, and cross-functional team programming for key product lines and services in alignment with company goals. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive opportunities, and define a clear product vision with prioritized features based on impact and business value. • Work closely with engineering, product managers, and other teams to specify and deliver high-quality product releases on time, while translating customer and stakeholder requirements into clear product specifications as needed • Work with engineering and product management to test and pre-release new products and solutions to early customers, guiding the process end-to-end • Build implementation playbooks, clinical success and support materials, and leading enablement of new features/services until GA handoff readiness • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customers to define product messaging, build support and sales materials, and drive sales enablement of new products/services • Alongside sales teams, pitch and present the company, products, and roadmap both remotely and onsite, and be an evangelist/speaker for the org at industry events • Own the internal and external communication of product and service line updates, milestones, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders. • Define and track KPIs for product success, drive internal and external stakeholder meetings and provide clear measurements to rest of leadership team / company • Be a subject-matter expert for the product team and the company leading with industry knowledge and experience with a healthy openness to new thinking • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or SaaS products is highly desirable.
  • Knows how to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences with a high degree of professionalism.
