CPA Network Manager

NoGigiddy

• Manage active relationships with CPA and affiliate networks (HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others) • Evaluate new offers for quality, relevance, and payout competitiveness • Negotiate rates and terms with network account managers • Monitor offer performance — EPC, conversion rates, and user complaint trends • Coordinate with the content and social teams to promote high-performing offers • Ensure all offers meet NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards before publishing • Maintain a live dashboard of active offers, payouts, and network performance

Job Requirements

  • No degree required
  • Familiarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills — you live in spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with external partners
  • Detail-oriented with a compliance mindset — not every offer makes the cut
  • Ability to juggle multiple network relationships simultaneously
  • Self-managed and results-driven

Role Description As a Capability Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the vision, definition, & execution of a product or group of products.
