• Lead the design, launch, and ongoing management of a new end-to-end customer experience (CX) program for the UBIF retail business. • Set the strategic agenda for CX measurement; define what matters and ensure teams act on customer insights to deliver prioritized improvements. • Assess and prioritize end-to-end customer journeys across retail and digital touchpoints; identify friction points that risk loyalty and revenue. • Define and champion customer experience standards, service principles, and behavioral expectations for retail locations. • Build and lead a CX Center of Excellence for escalation management, fostering a culture of service recovery and continuous learning. • Lead change management and frontline enablement for CX initiatives; coach field leaders and serve as a visible champion of customer-centric culture. • Build executive alignment on CX priorities; craft business cases grounded in customer and business outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in customer experience, retail operations, or service design, including 3+ years in a people leadership role with a track record of developing and retaining talent.
- Demonstrated success designing and launching CX programs and standards in a multi-location retail environment, driving lasting behavioral and cultural change.
- Proven experience leading organizational change and influencing without authority across complex, matrixed environments; success building coalitions with executive and field leaders.
- Experience with VoC platforms, analytics, and journey mapping sufficient to set strategy, define measurement priorities, and translate insights into action.

Role Description Serve as the Finance Manager and responsible for all functions related to accounting and finance on a portfolio of programs. This position has a matrix reporting structure that will direct report to the Senior Finance Portfolio Manager. The position is responsible for maintaining a complex integrated system of financial services that contribute to cost effective management control over operations. Supervises the overall financial services and accounting tasks associated to provide accurate, timely, and reliable services and reports. Services include accounting, budgeting, forecasting, workload/cost analysis, and active participation in the overall planning, managerial financial analysis, and reporting. - Responsible for the overall financial areas of the program including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project management, cash flow management, and pricing. - Directly responsible for completing all financial reporting activities for the program thoroughly and timely, ensuring compliance with appropriate financial standards and company requirements. - Develops and implements strategic business plans and forecasts; monitors actual vs. budget/forecast ensuring financial statements provide a realistic view of financial position. - Review financial procedures and practices to ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, CAS, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. - Interfaces with internal and external auditors. - Other financial-related duties including: - Consulting with senior management and functional managers regarding financial-related activities. - Developing and implementing financial controls. - Conducting financial reviews of program areas. - Preparing and analyzing various financial reports. - Developing and monitoring performance metrics for financial management. - Other duties as required.
