Job Description
AI GTM Manager
Seeq Corporation
• Define the roadmap for AI-enabled GTM workflows across priority marketing and commercial motions. • Identify the highest-value use cases where AI can improve speed, quality, consistency, reuse, and operating leverage. • Prioritize shared workflows that can serve multiple teams before investing in narrow one-off solutions. • Translate GTM priorities into a practical AI workflow portfolio spanning research, content assembly, launch planning, campaign development, management, and QA, asset reuse, enablement support, and reporting. • Personally design, build, test, and deploy high-priority AI workflows. • Act as the senior practitioner for prompt design, retrieval patterns, workflow orchestration, content structuring, automation logic, and quality controls. • Build repeatable systems that improve GTM execution across messaging, launches, campaigns, field support, and knowledge access. • Work closely with Product Marketing and other teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and high-leverage opportunities. • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of AI GTM Engineers as the function scales. • Define and track success metrics for workflow adoption, throughput improvement, quality improvement, and time saved.

- Demonstrated success designing and deploying AI-enabled workflows that improved business processes, GTM execution, or team productivity.
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into practical systems, workflows, and operating solutions.
- Experience with prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, structured content, automation logic, and tool integration.
- Strong people leadership potential or experience, including the ability to manage, coach, and develop a small team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain systems, tradeoffs, and workflow designs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong execution discipline, including testing, documentation, prioritization, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or both, including significant experience leading high-performing teams at the Senior Director level (or equivalent) within a high-growth company. - A track record of working closely with product teams, not just downstream of them; you have built positioning and messaging frameworks that hold across multiple audiences and a complex product portfolio. - Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging frameworks that hold across multiple audiences and a complex product portfolio.
