Qualifications - Extensive experience as a Scrum Master and in Agile project delivery, including scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe). - Proven delivery of complex technology, cloud, and data‑driven solutions in enterprise environments. - Strong team‑level delivery management experience, including backlog readiness, prioritisation, dependency coordination, and use of Agile tools such as Jira. - Effective coordination across cross‑functional, global, and remote teams, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and diplomacy skills. - Solid technical understanding to work credibly with engineering teams across software, IT, and product lifecycles, without acting as a solution designer. - Demonstrated change management capability, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to deliver under pressure with strong organisational and time‑management skills. - Relevant qualifications in software engineering, engineering, or project management. Requirements - Work closely with Data & Analytics team members and business functions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products and projects. - Enable consistent, predictable delivery through effective sprint execution, flow management, and Agile best practices. - Act as the front door for new work, ensuring a clear, controlled, and standardised intake process. - Maintain sufficient understanding of requests to support prioritisation, sizing, dependency coordination, and delivery planning. - Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies impacting delivery. - Establish and facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery forums, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and post‑implementation playbacks. - Drive continuous improvement by implementing Agile and delivery best practices and measuring team performance through relevant KPIs. - Ensure delivery transparency and stakeholder confidence through accurate progress tracking, risk management, and regular reporting. - Manage change management activities and ensure required reporting, governance, and approval frameworks are followed. - Coach and guide the team in Agile practices and tools, and support the wider adoption and scaling of Agile ways of working across the organisation.
