Role Description Workstate is seeking an ERP Data Conversion Developer to join our expert team in support of an Oracle Fusion migration initiative. In this role, you will build data extracts from legacy platforms, support data cleansing and deduplication, and perform reconciliation activities to help ensure accurate, complete, and reliable data conversion into Oracle Fusion. As a key contributor, you will work closely with technical, functional, data, and business stakeholders to: - Understand legacy data structures - Define extraction logic - Validate mapping requirements - Support conversion cycles from initial mock loads through production cutover This role requires strong SQL and data analysis skills, practical experience with ERP data migration, and the ability to support conversion work while the existing team continues to maintain legacy applications. This position is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence.
