Role Description As a Solutions Consultant you’ll sit at the intersection of science and software. You will serve as the strategic and scientific partner to our Account Executives, particularly on complex strategic and enterprise opportunities. • Provide functional support for Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on Inventory, PAC (Periodic Average Costing) and Average Costing. • Analyze, investigate and resolve incidents and problems in the production environment. • Handle corrective, evolutionary and process improvement requests. • Support key users and business areas in the use of Oracle functionalities. • Prepare functional specifications and documentation related to supported requests. • Participate in alignment meetings with clients and cross-functional teams. • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to Oracle best practices.
