• Provide functional support for Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on Inventory, PAC (Periodic Average Costing) and Average Costing. • Analyze, investigate and resolve incidents and problems in the production environment. • Handle corrective, evolutionary and process improvement requests. • Support key users and business areas in the use of Oracle functionalities. • Prepare functional specifications and documentation related to supported requests. • Participate in alignment meetings with clients and cross-functional teams. • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to Oracle best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as an Oracle SCM Consultant.
  • Advanced knowledge of the following modules: Oracle Inventory (INV); Oracle PAC (Periodic Average Costing); Oracle Average Costing.
  • Experience in support and maintenance of Oracle systems, including functional support and handling support tickets.
  • Experience with inventory management processes, material movements, valuation and cost control.
  • Experience in Oracle On-Premises and/or Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and interact with business users.
  • Preferred: Oracle Inventory Cloud certification.
  • Experience in implementation, migration or transformation projects to Oracle Cloud.
  • Knowledge of other Oracle SCM modules.
