Specialist Consultant — Processes, Projects & Change Management

Five Acts

• Structure and independently lead the mapping, optimization and transition (Change Management) of business processes, system flows and analytical data stores across a portfolio of critical digital transformation and IT projects. • Translate operational and systems complexity into seamless solutions, and architect and manage the change strategy to mitigate operational and cultural resistance. • Maximize adoption and engagement among employees and end customers of the bank. • Map and document end-to-end processes using BPMN methodology (with tools such as Bizagi). • Translate mapped processes into recommendations for interactive digital solutions that enable rapid adoption and high efficiency. • Drive process deliverables and timelines in a structured manner, applying market-standard methodologies. • Lead organizational impact assessments, designing and executing structured communication, engagement and continuous training plans for impacted teams. • Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, interviews with technical and business leaders, and executive presentations independently and proactively. • Ensure that improvements and processes follow best practices in customer master data (Cadastro) governance, data governance and compliance, defining operational efficiency KPIs and adoption/success KPIs for the implemented changes.

Job Requirements

  • Solid professional experience leading the mapping of highly complex processes (BPMN/Bizagi) and governance of systems, data and business rules.
  • Strong track record in project management (traditional and agile approaches).
  • Excellent synthesis and communication skills, able to translate IT technical documentation clearly for business, compliance and legal areas.
  • Extremely proactive, autonomous and demonstrative leadership, able to lead meetings and drive solutions without constant supervision.
  • Commitment, ownership and autonomy: action-oriented posture and rigorous self-management, taking initiative to remove organizational blockers.
  • Holistic and systemic vision: understand the end-to-end impact that a system change brings to people, processes and data.
  • Communication, influence and facilitation: ability to orchestrate and engage technical and business stakeholders in support of change.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy: ability to manage the natural resistance arising from corporate process and system transitions.
  • Recognized Change Management certifications (PROSCI, HCMBOK or ChangeFirst).
  • Recognized Project Management certifications.
  • Knowledge and practical application of Generative AI (GenAI) to optimize processes (e.g., generating flows from text, interactive guides/automated process FAQs, and creating dynamic SharePoint content via AI).
  • Experience with industry frameworks: DMBOK (Data Governance), BABOK (Requirements Analysis), Lean Six Sigma (Process Improvement) or ITIL (IT Service Management).
  • Previous experience in large financial institutions, banks or insurance companies.
