Role Description This role is with Risk Control Services virtual team, the Risk Control Consulting Center. Our Technical Consultants: - Provide an array of expert consultative services to clients virtually located in the United States and internationally. - Conduct virtual evaluations, evaluates data, and creates/implements service plans to control clients' source of risk, loss and/or costs. - Provide expert technical support to other Risk Control employees by advising them about resources available, legislation and applicable regulations, technology, industry trends and effective methods to reduce risk, improve customer satisfaction and demonstrate the value of doing business with Liberty Mutual. - Provide coaching, mentoring and training to enhance development of less experienced consultants. - Collaborates with management in developing policies, procedures, service tools, technical resources, techniques and new products in order to support and enhance the delivery of Risk Control consulting services. - Participate in actively acquiring and retaining profitable business. - Enhance Liberty Mutual's leadership position in the safety field and increases brand awareness by developing a network of contacts. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/health field. - Candidates are typically working towards (or obtained) an advanced degree and/or professional certification in one or more of the following areas: CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE. - Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in a specialized field, service planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management and progress measurement. - Fully effective interpersonal, writing and other communication skills required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts. - Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using various proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite. • Structure and independently lead the mapping, optimization and transition (Change Management) of business processes, system flows and analytical data stores across a portfolio of critical digital transformation and IT projects. • Translate operational and systems complexity into seamless solutions, and architect and manage the change strategy to mitigate operational and cultural resistance. • Maximize adoption and engagement among employees and end customers of the bank. • Map and document end-to-end processes using BPMN methodology (with tools such as Bizagi). • Translate mapped processes into recommendations for interactive digital solutions that enable rapid adoption and high efficiency. • Drive process deliverables and timelines in a structured manner, applying market-standard methodologies. • Lead organizational impact assessments, designing and executing structured communication, engagement and continuous training plans for impacted teams. • Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, interviews with technical and business leaders, and executive presentations independently and proactively. • Ensure that improvements and processes follow best practices in customer master data (Cadastro) governance, data governance and compliance, defining operational efficiency KPIs and adoption/success KPIs for the implemented changes.

• Atuação como PMO em projetos SAP da plataforma SAP, apoiando a governança, planejamento e controle de iniciativas de TI e transformação digital. • Responsável por garantir o acompanhamento de prazos, custos, escopo e qualidade dos projetos, assegurando alinhamento entre áreas de negócio, TI e fornecedores. • Apoiar o planejamento, acompanhamento e controle de projetos SAP ECC e/ou S/4HANA. • Atualizar cronogramas, status reports, KPIs e dashboards de projetos. • Monitorar custos, riscos, prazos e dependências dos projetos de TI. • Apoiar a governança de projetos com base em metodologias PMI e/ou Agile híbrido. • Atuar como interface entre áreas de negócio, TI, fornecedores e gestão executiva. • Acompanhar entregas técnicas e funcionais SAP (MM, FI/CO, SD, PM). • Garantir organização, padronização e atualização da documentação dos projetos. • Apoiar reuniões de status, comitês e apresentações para stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to reduce costs by analyzing data and implement cost saving initiatives. • Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors, including due diligence, and integration with internal systems and processes. • Facilitate the offboarding of vendors as needed, ensuring smooth transition and compliance with contractual obligations. • Continuously evaluate and refine vendor management processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness. • Recommend and implement best practices, automation tools, and process improvements to streamline workflows and optimize vendor relationships. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations. • Collaborate internally and externally to address performance issues, resolve disputes, and drive continuous improvement. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate vendor performance and adherence to contractual obligations. • Monitor vendor performance, quality, and service levels, and conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance and accountability. • Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on business needs, quality requirements, and cost considerations.
