• Lead the technical architecture for the client's B2B marketing stack in AEP: XDM schema design, dataset configuration, ingestion pipelines, and identity graph strategy. • Define and govern the data integration architecture between upstream enterprise sources (CRM, order management, customer service, product usage) and AEP. • Architect and oversee RTCDP configuration: profile merge rules, identity namespaces, consent management, and destination activation. • Partner with the technical build team on AJO configuration (channel surfaces, data source connections, event schema). • Provide technical oversight for the legacy-platform migration to AJO/AEP: data mapping, suppression logic translation, and historical migration planning. • Define MarTech integration standards and data contracts between AEP and downstream channels (email, SMS, paid media, sales enablement). • Collaborate with the client's data engineering and architecture teams on governance, security, and compliance alignment. • Document architecture decisions, data flows, integration specs, and platform configurations. • Identify and resolve data quality, latency, and completeness issues affecting activation and personalization. • Support the Analytics & Measurement Lead with AEP Query Service, data lake access, and reporting datasets.

• Supporting and optimising the Oracle EBS system to ensure business activities can progress without interruption • Maintaining system stability, performance and reliability • Investigating and resolving technical issues raised by the support team or business users • Carrying out regular maintenance activities to ensure system performance and uptime are maintained • Documenting change activities, procedures, and significant problem investigations to support knowledge sharing and operational efficiency • Analysing the ERP system, including integrations and reporting outputs, to identify and deliver enhancements that improve performance, uptime, error tracking, maintainability, and overall system resilience • Collaborating closely with reporting teams, using knowledge of ERP database modules to support SQL development and improve data extraction and reporting capabilities • Working with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating these into technical solutions for customisations and integrations, and ensuring successful delivery of changes from design through to implementation

• Contribute to ongoing optical architecture technical projects. For example: • Writing prototype software implementations for controlling and simulating the optical networks inside photonic quantum computers. • Applying results from quantum information theory, network design and/or optimization to improve optical architecture designs. • Development and discovery of new approaches to photonic quantum computing. • Simulate and benchmark different protocols. • Document and communicate results.
