Sales Manager

Radiant Vision Systems

• Drive revenue growth by capturing market share for quantitative Optical Gas Imaging (qOGI) technology. • Identify customer needs across heavy industrial sectors and deliver tailored solutions. • Conduct high-impact technical presentations and live, on-site product demonstrations of the qOGI camera. • Successfully communicate the ROI of real-time gas quantification versus standard detection. • Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from initial technical scoping through contract finalization. • Achieve team sales targets of 15–20 qOGI camera units per year. • Identify, onboard, and manage specialized industrial equipment distributors and manufacturer representatives. • Lead the initial delivery, customer onboarding, and field training for site operators.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, or related technical/scientific field experience.
  • 3–5 years of proven success in B2B technical sales, specifically selling capital equipment, instrumentation, or automation solutions to the Oil & Gas, chemical processing, or utility sectors.
  • Direct experience with optical gas imaging (OGI), gas detection technologies, or industrial infrared thermography is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with state and federal environmental regulations governing methane and VOC emissions (e.g., EPA OOOOa/b/c mandates) is a significant advantage.
  • A documented history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas in an autonomous or remote territory management structure.

Qualifications - 10+ years of successful, quota-carrying sales to Federal Systems Integrators and the Defense Industrial Base. - Existing C-level relationships at target accounts — Lockheed Martin, RTX (Raytheon), Leidos, Northrop Grumman, Peraton, SAIC, Boeing. - Cyber and technology sales experience — selling cybersecurity, identity, threat intelligence, data, or related technology solutions. - Federal government sales experience — fluency with how the FSI/DIB ecosystem wins and delivers federal programs. - Both direct and channel/sell-through motions — a proven ability to sell to an organization and to source pull-through revenue through it. - Washington, D.C. metro residence (required). - Willingness to travel to assigned accounts, partner sites, and industry events - estimated up to ~50%. - Executive presence and consultative, value-based selling skills. - Bachelor's degree required (business, technology, or a related field) or equivalent professional experience. Requirements - Active Top Secret clearance, or must have held a Top Secret clearance held within the past 24 months. - U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility. - Experience selling identity threat intelligence or SaaS-based cybersecurity into the federal and DIB markets. - An established network across the FSI/DIB capture, business development, and program communities. - Familiarity with Zero Trust (NIST SP 800-207), CSF 2.0, SP 800-53, and CIS v8. - Structured sales-methodology certification (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar). - An advanced degree is a plus.
