Role Description The Sage X3 Project Manager is responsible for leading successful ERP implementation projects for Net at Work clients. This role serves as the primary client-facing project leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. This is a remote position requiring approximately 20% travel within the United States. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects. - Experience with Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProcessPro, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Proven experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. - Experience supporting Process Manufacturing and/or Distribution Manufacturing organizations. - Bachelor's degree required. - PMP Certification required. - Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes (preferred). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills (preferred). - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting environment (preferred).
