• Support the design and documentation of control systems for mission-critical projects, including large-scale data centers. • Develop and produce control system design drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD. • Support the design of building automation and control systems for HVAC and related systems under the guidance of senior engineers. • Assist with layout, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel designs for control systems. • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and consistent design delivery. • Contribute to low-voltage system design efforts, including controls, fire alarm, and related systems as needed. • Update and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project standards. • Support design reviews by incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions. • Assist with preparation of submittals, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation. • Follow internal QA/QC processes and applicable industry standards and codes.

• Provide daily administrative support to multiple active projects • Assist project managers with coordination activities, follow-ups, and general project support • Track near-term and daily project tasks and deliverables to support schedule adherence • Help ensure routine project items are completed and documented on time • Support meeting preparation, meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up coordination • Transfer project documentation received from clients, consultants, and internal teams • Organize, name, version, and store files within SharePoint in accordance with project and QA/QC standards • Maintain clean, auditable folder structures and document logs • Assist with assembling and organizing project packages, reports, submittals, and progress updates • Assist with typing, formatting, editing, and organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Maintain revision histories and controlled versions of SOP documentation • Assist with data entry, tracking logs, reminders, and basic reporting

• Source and recruit candidates, including passive candidates for major projects in various countries • Develop, update, and post job openings on appropriate platforms and job sites • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications to evaluate if they meet position requirements • Perform preliminary screening interviews • Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process • Select the best candidates and assist the HR Manager/Recruiter in conducting video interviews and sorting through applicants • Draft communication materials, such as emails, messages to candidates, and offer and rejection letters • Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates • Assist the HR Manager in various HR duties • Provide reports to the HR Manager on a daily basis for completed or in-progress tasks.

• Designing and coordinating ICT and low-voltage systems including structured cabling, telecommunications, access control, video surveillance (CCTV), and security systems. • Using BIM tools to model and coordinate ICT systems with other engineering disciplines using tools such as Autodesk Revit – is a must. • Developing a thorough understanding and delivery of the project requirements as they relate to scope, cost and schedule. • Determining and expediting the engineering deliverables for projects. • Developing and maintaining project scope of work documentation and revisions during design development. • Preparing engineering calculations, system layouts, and technical documentation for ICT infrastructure. • Preparing technical documentation required for project execution including design criteria, technical specifications, and equipment data sheets. • Reviewing shop drawings and contractor submittals. • Producing models and drawings using BIM and CAD modeling tools. • Supporting coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams during project development and execution.
