Senior Deal Desk Manager
Fundraise Up
• Build the Deal Desk function from the ground up, including frameworks, tools, and processes that enable accurate forecasting and revenue attribution. • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Legal and Finance to validate pipeline data and ensure that deal values reflect consistent logic tied to each nonprofit’s actual or expected donation volume. • Develop and maintain a standard methodology for deal value estimation, leveraging internal benchmarks, historical data, and donation behavior patterns. • Implement controls and reporting to identify discrepancies between sales pipeline, donation data, and realized revenue. • Support forecast accuracy and board-level reporting, ensuring alignment between CRM pipeline and financial models. • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve data sources and visibility into nonprofit donation flows. • Advise GTM leadership on pricing and structure of high-impact or complex deals. • Build scalable documentation and training to ensure consistent use of Deal Desk processes across the GTM organization.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a technology or fintech company.
- Proven track record building or scaling Deal Desk functions that improve forecasting and pipeline accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM (Salesforce) and financial systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and process design capability.
- Ability to translate between business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product) and data-driven systems.
- Experience in a transactional or volume-based business model (e.g. payments, donations, marketplaces, or usage-based SaaS) preferred.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable challenging assumptions and bringing clarity to complex GTM dynamics.
