Modern Family Law
• Analyze user behavior and identify friction points throughout the client journey. • Conduct usability testing and user research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement. • Review support requests, customer feedback, and product usage patterns to uncover UX issues. • Create user journeys, process maps, wireframes, and prototypes • Simplify complex workflows and improve task completion rates • Design new product features from concept through implementation. • Improve existing workflows including onboarding, authentication, task management, payments, document uploads, and client communications. • Create intuitive experiences that guide users through complex legal processes. • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions. • Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma. • Establish and maintain a scalable design system. • Create reusable design patterns and components. • Ensure consistency across the product experience. • Help define UX standards and best practices for future development. • Define and track UX success metrics. • Partner with Product and Engineering to implement analytics and user behavior tracking. • Identify drop-off points and opportunities for conversion improvements. • Use data and user feedback to drive design decisions. • Improve the usability of key client workflows. • Reduce user confusion and support requests. • Increase completion rates for onboarding and client tasks. • Improve payment and document submission experiences. • Establish a framework for measuring UX effectiveness. • Create scalable design standards for future product growth. • Help shape the long-term product experience and strategy. • Partner closely with attorneys, legal staff, operations leaders, product stakeholders, and development teams to understand client needs, business workflows, and product requirements. • Collaborate with developers and technology stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the overall product roadmap. • Translate complex legal and operational processes into clear, user-friendly product experiences.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing SaaS or web-based applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and workflow optimization.
- Expertise in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and usability principles.
- Experience designing for complex, multi-step workflows.

Our platform helps clients navigate complex legal matters by completing tasks, providing case information, uploading documents, making payments, and communicating with their legal team. This role is heavily focused on user experience, workflow optimization, and product design.
