Lunar Solar Group
• Own the full UGC lifecycle for assigned accounts—sourcing, briefing, reviewing, editing, and delivering content. • Serve as the primary client-facing lead, presenting UGC strategies, and creative examples that communicate clear value. • Develop strategic frameworks and creative briefs outlining content goals, audience targeting, and success metrics. • Ensure content compliance with legal, licensing, brand, and platform guidelines (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). • Support live shopping initiatives across platforms. • Coordinate creator outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and training to align on brand tone, visual standards, and campaign objectives. • Build and maintain strong creator relationships to support long-term collaboration and consistent output. • Track and analyze organic and paid UGC/TikTok performance, identifying trends, hooks, and formats driving engagement and conversions. • Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, emphasizing insights that inform creative direction and ROI. • Partner with creative, paid media, and account management teams to align UGC strategy with broader campaign goals. • Produce UGC-style content for Lunar's sales team. • Build and maintain an internal library of categorized, reusable UGC assets for future campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing client relationships and/or creator/influencer programs, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube content formats and platform best practices.
- Comfortable with video/content editing tools and basic performance analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to clients.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
