Senior Manager, Inside Sales

Tekion Corp

• Define and lead the strategy for Tekion’s inside sales team across inbound, outbound, and lead qualification functions • Manage, coach, and develop inside sales managers and representatives to achieve pipeline generation and conversion targets • Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, and RevOps to align lead generation strategy, campaign execution, and territory planning • Establish scalable processes, outreach playbooks, and enablement programs that improve efficiency and outcomes • Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and coaching • Partner with Sales Leadership to contribute to forecasting, territory design, headcount planning, and budget decisions • Drive hiring, onboarding, and development plans to build a strong inside sales talent pipeline

Job Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales leadership, with 4+ years in a managerial capacity
  • Proven success scaling inside sales teams and delivering on pipeline and conversion goals
  • Strong background in sales process design, enablement, and CRM best practices (Salesforce expertise required)
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
