Head of Sales

• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the crypto and digital assets ecosystem • Own and deliver against sales targets, forecasts, and key performance metrics. • Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team • Establish and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and reporting frameworks. • Identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise and institutional opportunities • Develop and manage relationships with key clients, partners, exchanges, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Account Management teams to align commercial objectives and maximize customer value • Drive pipeline generation through direct sales efforts, partnerships, events, and industry networks • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with prospective clients and partners • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in crypto, fintech, SaaS, financial services, or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, digital assets, Web3, and institutional crypto markets
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong network within the crypto, fintech, or digital assets ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving industry environment
  • Experience working with institutional clients, financial institutions, trading firms, or enterprise customers is preferred
  • Knowledge of global regulatory and compliance considerations within the crypto industry is an advantage
